Ingredients

500 g shrimp (fresh or frozen)

5 cloves garlic

dill

3 tbsp olive oil

200 ml white wine
Preparation
Chop the dill and crush the garlic.
Prepare the shrimp: either peel them beforehand or cook them with shells.
If the shrimp are not blanched, blanch them in about 2L of boiling salted water for about a minute.
Heat the olive oil with the crushed garlic.
Add the shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add the dill and wine, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring every minute.
