Shrimp in White Wine

Ingredients
  • 500 g shrimp (fresh or frozen)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • dill
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 ml white wine
Preparation
  1. Chop the dill and crush the garlic.
  2. Prepare the shrimp: either peel them beforehand or cook them with shells.
  3. If the shrimp are not blanched, blanch them in about 2L of boiling salted water for about a minute.
  4. Heat the olive oil with the crushed garlic.
  5. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes.
  6. Add the dill and wine, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring every minute.
