400 ml coconut milk

2 tbsp curry powder

1 tbsp olive oil

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

1 red bell pepper

300 ml water

salt to taste
Preparation
Cut the chicken into cubes and chop the onion finely.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until golden.
Add the garlic and red bell pepper, cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the chicken and sauté until golden.
Stir in the curry powder.
Pour in the coconut milk and water, let it simmer.
In a separate pot, cook the rice according to package instructions.
Serve the chicken curry with rice.
