Chicken Curry with Rice

Ingredients
  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 200 g rice
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 300 ml water
  • salt to taste
Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and chop the onion finely.
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until golden.
  3. Add the garlic and red bell pepper, cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken and sauté until golden.
  5. Stir in the curry powder.
  6. Pour in the coconut milk and water, let it simmer.
  7. In a separate pot, cook the rice according to package instructions.
  8. Serve the chicken curry with rice.
