Preparation
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess water.
Mix with egg, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture thinly on baking paper.
Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden – this is the 'base'.
Cook the chicken fillet and slice it into strips.
Mix cream cheese with garlic for the sauce.
Spread the base, add chicken, lettuce, and cucumber.
Roll it up like a wrap and serve.
