Ingredients
  • 200 g oats
  • 100 g whey protein (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 120 g peanut butter
  • 80 g honey
  • 100 ml fresh milk
  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
  1. Grind the oats to a fine texture.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oats and whey protein.
  3. Add the peanut butter, honey, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Stir well until a thick mixture forms.
  5. Spread the mixture in a small tray lined with baking paper.
  6. Melt the chocolate and spread it on top.
  7. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set, then cut into bars and serve.
