erythritol (or other keto sweetener) – 40 g

vanilla – 1 tsp

a pinch of salt
Preparation
Melt the coconut oil in a water bath or microwave.
Add the cocoa and mix well.
Stir in the erythritol, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
Mix until smooth.
Pour into a silicone mold or small tray.
Leave in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours to set.
Remove and break into pieces, Serve.
