Ingredients
  • coconut oil – 100 g
  • cocoa – 40 g
  • erythritol (or other keto sweetener) – 40 g
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • a pinch of salt
Preparation
  1. Melt the coconut oil in a water bath or microwave.
  2. Add the cocoa and mix well.
  3. Stir in the erythritol, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour into a silicone mold or small tray.
  6. Leave in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours to set.
  7. Remove and break into pieces, Serve.
