Ingredients
  • 1 pack of fresh Brussels sprouts
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 30/40g butter
  • 30/40g parmesan
Preparation
  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and wash them.
  2. Cover with water and place on the stove until tender.
  3. If there's excess water, drain it.
  4. Add the parmesan and butter.
  5. Serve as is or with garlic sauce.
