Ingredients
  • 100 g cold butter
  • 100 g cheese
  • 100 g yellow cheese
  • 60 g sour cream
  • 3/4 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g flour
  • 70/80 g pitted olives
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 30/40 g grated parmesan
  • 2/3 dried marinated tomatoes (finely chopped)
Preparation
  1. Blend the butter, cheese, yellow cheese, olive oil, and sour cream. Add flour, parmesan, rosemary, olives, and tomatoes. Gather into a dough without over-kneading. Chill the dough for 30 minutes, then form small balls into breadsticks. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy cooled.
