Ingredients
  • ground meat (beef or mixed) – 500 g
  • quinoa – 150 g
  • egg – 1 pc
  • onion – 1 pc
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • parsley – 1/2 bunch
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • cumin – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Rinse the quinoa and cook it in a 1:2 water ratio for about 15 minutes.
  2. Let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, quinoa, and egg.
  4. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, and parsley.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
  6. Mix well until homogeneous.
  7. Form meatballs and fry in olive oil until golden brown on all sides (or bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes).
  8. Serve.
