Ingredients
  • 300 g white beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp savory
Preparation
  1. Soak the beans in water overnight.
  2. Drain and boil until soft.
  3. Chop the onion and carrot finely.
  4. Heat the oil and sauté the onion and carrot.
  5. Add the paprika and stir.
  6. Mix the boiled beans with the sautéed vegetables and spices.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30–40 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
