150 ml milk (or plant-based)
Preparation
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces.
Place them in a blender along with the berries.
Add the yogurt, milk, honey, and oats.
Add the chia seeds.
Blend until smooth.
If needed, add a little more milk.
Serve immediately.
