Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g frozen berries
  • 300 g yogurt (or plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 40 g oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150 ml milk (or plant-based)
Preparation
  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces.
  2. Place them in a blender along with the berries.
  3. Add the yogurt, milk, honey, and oats.
  4. Add the chia seeds.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. If needed, add a little more milk.
  7. Serve immediately.
