Honey Cookies with Chocolate

Ingredients
  • About 450-480 g white flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar (200 g)
  • 120 ml oil
  • 150 g honey (3 tablespoons)
  • 10 g baking soda (1 teaspoon)
  • 5 g vinegar (1 teaspoon)
  • 5 g cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
  • 1 vanilla
  • 200 g chocolate
  • 50 g butter
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and beat briefly. Add the oil, honey, and baking soda previously extinguished in vinegar. Add cinnamon and vanilla, and stir.
  2. Gradually add the flour and knead a soft honey dough. It may be slightly sticky, but do not worry. Do not add more than 500 g of flour.
  3. Place parchment paper in a suitable tray. Roll out the dough and cut into star shapes.
  4. Arrange them with space in between as they puff up while baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath and pour it into an ice cube tray in a thin layer. Wait for it to harden and place the chocolates on the cookies.
