Ingredients
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  2. Chop the onion and carrot finely.
  3. Heat the oil and sauté the onion and carrot.
  4. Add the paprika and stir.
  5. Add the potatoes and chopped tomato.
  6. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Cook over medium heat for about 25–30 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
