Ingredients
  • 150 g peppers
  • 100 g chickpeas
  • 30 g tahini
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Boil the chickpeas until soft.
  2. Combine chickpeas with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Cut the peppers into sticks.
  5. Serve the hummus with the pepper sticks.
