Ingredients
  • oats – 250 g
  • coconut flakes – 80 g
  • almonds – 100 g
  • walnuts – 80 g
  • honey – 80 g
  • coconut oil – 2 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • cinnamon – 1 tsp
  • salt – a pinch
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, coconut, and nuts.
  3. In a small pot, melt the coconut oil and mix it with honey and vanilla.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients.
  5. Add cinnamon and salt, and stir well.
  6. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for about 20–25 minutes, stirring once.
  8. Let it cool completely, serve or store in a jar.
