Chicken with Soy Sauce

Ingredients
  • 400 g chicken meat
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken into thin strips.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan or wok.
  4. Fry the chicken until golden.
  5. Add the garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Add the soy sauce and mix well.
  7. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until the sauce is absorbed.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper and serve.
