200g type 0 flour

100g warm water

1 cube of yeast

200g soy milk

50g olive oil

4 eggs

1 tsp salt

1 egg yolk

sesame and hemp seeds for sprinkling
Preparation
Sift the flours into a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add two tablespoons of flour. Let it rise.
Beat the eggs with soy milk, olive oil, and salt. Mix with the flour to form a soft dough, adding more flour if necessary.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour at room temperature.
After rising, knead the dough slightly and divide it into five equal parts. Shape each part into a strand and braid them.
Place the braid in a greased rectangular baking dish and let it rise for about 40 minutes.
Brush with beaten egg yolk mixed with a little water, sprinkle with seeds, and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
