Eggs with Mushrooms

Ingredients
  • eggs – 8 pcs
  • mushrooms (champignons) – 300 g
  • butter – 30 g
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
  • parsley – 1/2 bunch
Preparation
  1. Slice the mushrooms.
  2. Heat a pan with butter and olive oil.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté briefly.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes until softened.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the eggs (whole or beaten as desired).
  7. Cook to your desired doneness.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
