Ingredients

peanut butter – 2 tbsp

cocoa – 1 tbsp (optional)

Preparation
In a bowl, add the yogurt.
Add the protein powder and mix well until smooth.
Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
Optionally, add cocoa for a chocolate flavor.
Mix until homogeneous.
Chill for 15–20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Serve.
