Ingredients
  • puff pastry – 500 g
  • fresh milk – 800 ml
  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • sugar – 150 g
  • flour – 4 tbsp
  • butter – 100 g
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into layers.
  2. Bake them at 180°C until golden.
  3. Heat the milk with vanilla.
  4. Whisk the eggs with sugar.
  5. Add flour and mix.
  6. Pour in the warm milk while stirring.
  7. Return to the heat and cook until thickened.
  8. Add butter and mix.
