Preparation
Mix the mince with egg, salt, and pepper and shape into patties.
Cook them in a pan or on a grill until done.
Place a slice of cheese on the hot meat to melt.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves – they will replace the bread.
Slice the tomato and cucumber.
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the lettuce leaves.
Layer: lettuce → meat with cheese → vegetables → more lettuce on top.
Serve as a burger or wrap lightly.
