Ingredients
  • beef mince
  • egg
  • cheese or cheddar
  • lettuce (large leaves)
  • tomato
  • cucumber
  • mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
Preparation
  1. Mix the mince with egg, salt, and pepper and shape into patties.
  2. Cook them in a pan or on a grill until done.
  3. Place a slice of cheese on the hot meat to melt.
  4. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves – they will replace the bread.
  5. Slice the tomato and cucumber.
  6. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the lettuce leaves.
  7. Layer: lettuce → meat with cheese → vegetables → more lettuce on top.
  8. Serve as a burger or wrap lightly.
