hot pepper – 1/2 tsp (optional)

black pepper – 1/2 tsp

water or broth – 300 ml
Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the ground beef and cook until golden.
Add the bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the tomato paste.
Add the tomatoes and beans.
Season with all the spices.
Pour in the broth and let simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
Serve.
