Ingredients
  • avocado – 2 pcs
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/3 tsp
  • garlic (optional) – 1 clove
  • parsley – 1/2 bunch
Preparation
  1. Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes or lightly mash it.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice immediately to prevent browning.
  3. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Optionally, add finely chopped garlic.
  5. Gently mix.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  7. Serve.
