Ingredients
  • 6 peppers
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Clean the peppers from the seeds.
  2. Chop the onion finely.
  3. Heat the oil and sauté the onion.
  4. Add the rice and stir.
  5. Add the minced meat and cook for a few minutes.
  6. Add the chopped tomato and spices.
  7. Stuff the peppers with the mixture and arrange them in a pot, adding water halfway.
  8. Cook on low heat for about 40-50 minutes and serve warm.
