Ingredients

bread (whole grain or white) – 8 slices

roasted or grilled meat (beef/chicken/pork) – 400 g

cheese or cheddar – 120 g

tomato – 2 pcs

cucumber – 1 pc

lettuce – 4 leaves

mayonnaise or mustard – 4 tbsp

salt – 1/2 tsp

black pepper – 1/3 tsp
Preparation
Slice the meat into thin pieces.
Spread mayonnaise or mustard on the slices of bread.
Layer the meat on the bottom slice.
Add cheese, tomato, cucumber, and lettuce.
Season with a little salt and pepper.
Top with the second slice of bread.
Optionally cut in half and serve.
