protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) – 80 g

fresh milk (or plant-based) – 150 ml

peanut butter – 2 tbsp

cocoa – 1 tbsp (optional)

vanilla – 1 tsp
Preparation
Peel the bananas, slice them, and freeze them beforehand.
Place the frozen bananas in a blender.
Add the protein, milk, peanut butter, and vanilla.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
If you want a firmer ice cream, place it in the freezer for 30–60 minutes.
Optionally, add cocoa for a chocolate flavor.
Serve immediately.
