Ingredients
  • frozen bananas – 4 pcs
  • protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) – 80 g
  • fresh milk (or plant-based) – 150 ml
  • peanut butter – 2 tbsp
  • cocoa – 1 tbsp (optional)
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Peel the bananas, slice them, and freeze them beforehand.
  2. Place the frozen bananas in a blender.
  3. Add the protein, milk, peanut butter, and vanilla.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. If you want a firmer ice cream, place it in the freezer for 30–60 minutes.
  6. Optionally, add cocoa for a chocolate flavor.
  7. Serve immediately.
