Preparation
Form 8 thin burger patties from the ground beef.
Season them with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan or grill with olive oil.
Cook the burgers until done.
In the end, place cheddar on each patty to melt.
Lightly toast the buns.
Assemble: bun → sauce → 2 burgers → vegetables → sauce.
Close with the top bun and serve.
