Ingredients
  • ground beef – 800 g
  • burger buns – 4 pcs
  • cheddar – 200 g
  • tomato – 2 pcs
  • lettuce – 4 leaves
  • pickles – 4 pcs
  • red onion – 1/2 pc
  • mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
  • ketchup – 2 tbsp
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Form 8 thin burger patties from the ground beef.
  2. Season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a pan or grill with olive oil.
  4. Cook the burgers until done.
  5. In the end, place cheddar on each patty to melt.
  6. Lightly toast the buns.
  7. Assemble: bun → sauce → 2 burgers → vegetables → sauce.
  8. Close with the top bun and serve.
