  • 200 g bell peppers
  • 100 g avocado
  • 50 g yogurt

Preparation
  1. Wash the bell peppers and cut them into strips.
  2. Remove the pit from the avocado and place it in a bowl.
  3. Add yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt to the avocado.
  4. Blend everything well until a creamy consistency is achieved.
  5. Stir in the olive oil.
