Preparation
Wash the bell peppers and cut them into strips.
Remove the pit from the avocado and place it in a bowl.
Add yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt to the avocado.
Blend everything well until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Stir in the olive oil.
Serve the bell peppers with the dip.
