200 g mushrooms

100 g spinach

2 tbsp olive oil

120 g cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 tsp black pepper

1/2 bunch parsley
Preparation
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Heat a pan with olive oil and fry the meat until cooked.
Add the mushrooms and bell pepper, and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
Add the spinach and stir until wilted.
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, then pour into the pan and stir gently.
When it starts to set, add the cheese and cook until done.
Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
