Ingredients
  • 350 grams of wheat flour
  • 120 grams of powdered sugar
  • 240 grams of butter
  • 3-4 egg yolks
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Finely grated zest of one lemon
  • Raspberry jam
  • Powdered sugar for decoration
Preparation
  1. Combine flour, powdered sugar, softened butter, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest in a bowl and mix into a dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 equal balls, wrap in foil, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to about 5 mm thick and cut out shapes, preferably stars.
  4. Cut a small hole in the center of half of the cookies.
  5. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for about 7 minutes, watching closely to prevent over-browning.
  6. Dust the hot cookies with holes with powdered sugar, let the others cool, then spread a thin layer of raspberry jam on them.
  7. Top the jam-covered cookies with the cookies that have holes, and enjoy!
