Stuffed Peppers with Eggs and Cheese

Ingredients
  • 10 medium-sized peppers
  • 6 eggs
  • 300g cheese
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • red pepper
  • savory
Preparation
  1. Wash and clean the peppers.
  2. Prepare the eggs, cheese, yogurt, and spices by mixing them in a large bowl.
  3. Carefully fill the peppers to 1/3 (do not overfill as the filling will expand while cooking) and arrange them in a baking dish.
  4. Add a small amount of water to the dish, just enough to cover the bottom.
  5. Place in a preheated oven at 200° for about 40 minutes.
  6. Turn off the oven and let the peppers steam inside.
  7. After 30-40 minutes, you can serve them. Enjoy!
