Preparation
Wash and clean the peppers.
Prepare the eggs, cheese, yogurt, and spices by mixing them in a large bowl.
Carefully fill the peppers to 1/3 (do not overfill as the filling will expand while cooking) and arrange them in a baking dish.
Add a small amount of water to the dish, just enough to cover the bottom.
Place in a preheated oven at 200° for about 40 minutes.
Turn off the oven and let the peppers steam inside.
After 30-40 minutes, you can serve them. Enjoy!
