Ingredients
  • For the dough: 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp yogurt
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 cube fresh yeast (42g)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 300 ml warm water
  • about 1 kg flour (the dough should be medium soft)
  • For the topping: ajvar
  • corn
  • olives
  • sausage
  • savory
  • onion
  • pickles
  • cheese
Preparation
  1. In the warm water, add the yeast along with the salt and sugar. Let it froth.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the other ingredients.
  3. Add the yeast mixture to the other ingredients and knead the dough.
  4. Let the dough rise until it triples in volume.
  5. Divide into two parts, roll out according to the baking tray, and start layering the toppings, spreading ajvar first.
  6. Grate cheese just before taking it out of the oven.
