Ingredients
  • For the dough: flour - 250 g
  • butter - 100 g
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • egg - 1 pc
  • fresh milk - 2 tbsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • For the filling: pears (depending on size) - 3-4 pcs
  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • fresh milk - 350 ml
  • blueberry jam - 4 tbsp
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • sugar - 5 tbsp
  • cinnamon - a pinch
Preparation
  1. Peel the pears and cut them in half.
  2. In the dough, create 8 nests and place half a tablespoon of blueberry jam in each, topped with a pear half.
  3. Beat the cottage cheese, fresh milk, eggs, and lemon juice. Add flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon, and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the dough and pears, smooth it out, and bake the dessert in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done.
