whole grain bread (optional) – 4 slices

cherry tomatoes – 150 g

olive oil – 1 tbsp

lemon juice – 1 tbsp

salt – 1/2 tsp

black pepper – 1/3 tsp

chili flakes – pinch (optional)
Preparation
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
Scoop out a little if needed to fit the egg.
Crack one egg into each half.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 12–15 minutes.
Serve with cherry tomatoes and optionally on bread.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and lemon juice.
