Ingredients
  • 400 g chicken meat
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken into pieces.
  2. Chop the bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and onion into small pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Fry the chicken until golden.
  5. Add the vegetables and cook for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
