1 zucchini

2 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Chop the bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and onion into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Fry the chicken until golden.
Add the vegetables and cook for 5–7 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Stir well and cook for a few more minutes.
Serve warm.
