Ingredients
  • oats – 150 g
  • eggs – 4 pcs
  • protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) – 80 g
  • yogurt – 200 g
  • baking powder – 1 tsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • honey – 2 tbsp
  • butter or olive oil – 1 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Grind the oats into flour.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with yogurt and honey.
  3. Add the oat flour, protein, baking powder, and vanilla.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Heat a pan with a little oil.
  6. Pour small pancakes.
  7. Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden.
  8. Repeat with the remaining mixture, serve.
