1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika
check_circle
3 cloves garlic
Preparation
Wash and dry the chicken.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Rub the chicken with oil, garlic, and spices.
Place it in a baking dish.
Cover with foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1–1.5 hours.
Remove the foil and roast for another 20 minutes until golden brown.
