Pumpkin Pie with Ready-made Pastry

Ingredients
  • 400 grams of rolled pastry
  • 500 grams of pumpkin
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 1 coffee cup of oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation
  1. Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces, then grate it.
  2. Place the pumpkin in a pot, add oil and sugar, and sauté until the water evaporates and a thick mash forms.
  3. Add walnuts and cinnamon, then set the mixture aside to cool.
  4. Once cooled, open the pastry package, lightly brush a sheet with oil, place some filling at one end, roll it up, and place it in the baking dish.
  5. Arrange the rolls from the edges towards the center of the dish.
  6. Brush the top with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes until golden.
