Ingredients
  • ground beef (80/20) – 600 g
  • egg – 1 pc
  • cheddar – 200 g
  • bacon – 8 strips
  • burger buns – 4 pcs
  • tomato – 2 pcs
  • lettuce – 4 leaves
  • red onion – 1 pc
  • mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
  • ketchup – 4 tbsp
  • mustard – 2 tbsp
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Mix the ground beef with the egg, salt, and pepper, and shape into 4 burgers.
  2. Heat a pan or grill and cook the burgers to desired doneness.
  3. In the last minute, place cheddar on the meat to melt.
  4. Cook the bacon until crispy.
  5. Slice the buns and lightly toast them.
  6. Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom half.
  7. Assemble: bun → lettuce → meat with cheddar → bacon → tomato → onion → bun.
  8. Serve immediately.
