Ingredients

turkey fillet (or ham) – 300 g

cucumber – 1 pc

lettuce – 4–6 leaves

lemon juice – 1 tsp

black pepper – 1/3 tsp
Preparation
If using turkey fillet, bake it and slice into thin pieces (or use ready-made ham).
Slice the cucumber and carrot into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread cream cheese on each piece of turkey.
Add vegetables and a little lettuce.
Roll tightly into roll-ups.
Secure with a toothpick if desired.
Serve immediately.
