Ingredients
  • 1/2 pack lentils
  • parsley
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • about 10 cloves of garlic
  • red pepper
  • salt
  • savory
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • oil
  • flour
  • 1/2 small head of celery
Preparation
  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and carrot and sauté them with oil and a little water.
  2. 2. Add the rinsed lentils and red pepper, then pour in 2-3 cups of water or broth and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the canned tomatoes, finely chopped bell pepper and celery, the remaining spices, and more liquid if needed.
  4. 4. Cook a little longer and add the flour mixed with water. After removing from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
