Pork with Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 500 g pork meat
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the pork into chunks.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  3. Chop the onion and carrot finely.
  4. Heat the oil and fry the meat until golden.
  5. Add the onion and carrot, and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Add paprika and stir.
  7. Add the potatoes and pour in enough water to cover them.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper, and simmer on low heat for about 40–50 minutes until the meat and potatoes are tender.
